21-year-old Tanner Cook received a wound that hit him in the stomach and liver, but did not get into intensive care.
The joke went wrong
Local police say the shot came from a fight the young man had with Alan Coley, 31, in the mall’s food court.
Tanner Cook played a man for his channel Secret thugswhich has posted videos in the past such as “Stealing Beds from Mattress Store Prank”, “Stealing Other People’s Food Prank”, “Smashing Items in a Store in Front of Employees” and others.
Classified Goons has 39 thousand subscribers in YouTube and is described as “just a couple of fools”.
“I was just joking and this person didn’t take it very well,” Tanner Cook told WUSA9 affiliate. NBK.
The young man’s father says it was an exaggerated reaction. “There was a phone around him and they tried to interview him or talk to him, he didn’t like me, he pulled out a gun and shot my son.”
Despite his injuries, Tanner Cook assured that he would not stop making videos.
