The long awaited day is coming! The Free Fire World Series (FFWS) 2022 Sentosa starts this weekend. The qualifiers will start next Saturday, the 14th, with some of the most talented teams in the world competing for a spot in the championship final. In addition to following the battles live, fans can also look forward to events happening within the game.
FFWS 2022 Sentosa Qualifier Format
In the qualifiers this Saturday, the 14th, ten teams from different regions of the world will face each other for the chance to get one of the last four spots to reach the final.
The stage will be broadcast at 10:00 am (Brasilia time), with teams playing across three maps (Kalahari, Bermuda and Purgatory), during six drops. The score is calculated based on the round ranking and the number of kills. Learn more about the competition format in the video below:
Follow FFWS 2022 Sentosa teams from anywhere
In Brazil, the event will be broadcast live to fans at 10 am (Brasilia time) on open TV by RedeTV!, and on closed TV by SPACE. In addition, those who are unable to follow on television will be able to watch through the official Free Fire esports channels on YouTube and BOOYAH!. Fans can be part of the action during the Chute Vencedor in-game event

From the 16th of May, fans will be able to participate in the in-game event Chute Vencedor, in which they can try to predict the results of the matches of the final, which will take place on the 21st of May.
During the event, the public will have the opportunity to choose the winning team for each final match, the best weapons used in the matches and, of course, who they believe will be the big winner of the FFWS 2022 Sentosa.
The Winning Kick will start after the qualifying matches, and all players who get their guess right will receive in-game rewards, such as a Crafting Workshop Card, Gold Ticket, Sentosa World Token, among others.
What else is to come at this year’s FFWS
From the 3rd of May, fans can have a complete immersion experience in the world championship through the web event Training of the Pros, a virtual space that concentrates all the activities and updates of the Free Fire World Series 2022 Sentosa. In it, it is possible to participate in special activities and mini games, in addition to watching the championship matches.
