Dangerous asteroid is flying to Earth

The asteroid belongs to a class of near-Earths called Apollos. It flies towards our planet at a speed of 88,740 km/h.

A space rock called 2005 YY128 with a diameter between 540 m and 1.3 km.

Scientists discovered that the astroid will fly to the planet at a distance of 4.5 million km on the night of February 16. Its maximum approach should be expected at 2:46 am Kyiv time.

At the same time, astronomers are sure that it will not fall to Earth, but it will fly.

We remind you, earlier about 30 thousand potentially dangerous asteroids approached the Earth. They are located 45 million km from the orbital path of the planet.
