Former Defense Minister Luis Alberto Otarola was sworn in this Wednesday morning as the new Chairman of the Council of Ministers of Dina Boluarte’s government in a ceremony held at the Government Palace.
Alberto Otarola is a lawyer for University of San Martin de Porres, with extensive experience in the field of law, with a particular focus on constitutional law and labor law. He was a government agent before Inter-American Court of Human Rights. He also worked as a teacher.
