Comptroller’s reports reveal irregularities in the recruitment of Henry Shimabukuro at DINI.

Comptroller General of the Republic produced a report that would show serious breaches in Henry Shimabukuro’s contract with the National Intelligence Agency (DINI).

The document of such an agreement has neither a signature nor a seal, it is only on the form, and it is not known how much his salary is.

For this reason, the Comptroller’s Office asked Human Resources for more information about his recruitment, but replied that the office had no records of his activities and they had not authorized anything on his behalf.

“Mr. Henry Shimabukuro does not work in the information technology department of the presidential administration. “I was a DINI employee and visited the Palace several times to introduce myself at the DINI office. It was about temporary issues, this information was sent to the DINI office located in the palace,” Shimabukuro told the Ministry of Public Information, according to the Panorama Sunday newspaper on October 31.
