A large group of supporters of the mayoral candidate tie held a protest last night in front of the district headquarters of the National Directorate of Electoral Processes (ONPE), in disagreement with the results of the last municipal elections.
These are the people associated with the candidate Franco Vidal, from Avansa Pais; what by the count ONPElost the election in that constituency.
The demonstrators arrived around 8:00 pm and lined up in front of the election headquarters to denounce the alleged fraudulent vote count.
National police agents had to intervene to maintain public order because, according to neighbors with whom RPP News– The demonstration caused violence and riots.

The protesters remained at the scene around midnight, after which they left the scene.
