Standing Commission Congress of the Republic approved this Thursday afternoon by a majority vote the composition of the members Subcommittee on Constitutional Accusations (SAC) for the sessional period 2022-2023, which is 25 and represents 13 existing benches in this government.
Voting: 23 votes in favour, one vote against and zero abstentions.
In accordance with Article 89 of the Regulations on Congress of the Republic, “the number of deputies and their composition correspond to the principles of plurality and proportionality of all parliamentary factions. Its members, including the president, are appointed Standing Commission”.
