Regional and municipal elections 2022: ONPE published the final list of members of the polling station

The National Directorate of Electoral Processes (ONPE) published the day before, through its 93 decentralized directorates of electoral processes, the final list of those citizens who will lead the elections as Board of Directorsholders and deputies, in the regional and municipal elections on October 2, this is after the completion of the process of striking out members of the polling station.

Law No. 26859 (Organic Electoral Law) provides that the provision table member is inalienable, however, citizens involved in the performance of this work may refer to a serious physical or mental obstacle, absence from the territory of the Republic, age over 70 years, or the presence of any of the obstacles established by Article 57 of the above standard.

Publication

One of the offices that submitted their list was ODPE Lima Oeste 3, which last Monday released the final list of 16,134 constituency members, permanent and deputies, for the election.

This final publication of the list of members of the polling station will allow the submission of justifications established by the Organic Electoral Law (Law No. 26859).

Accuracy

The basis for the performance of the position is submitted within five (5) working days after the final publication and can be processed at the central office ONPE and at headquarters ODPE.

Citizens who are members of a polling station on election day will receive a monetary compensation of 120 soles in accordance with Law No. 31365. Public Sector Budget Law for the Fiscal Year 2022.

They also indicated that those who were elected should be at their table at 6:00 am.

It should be remembered that the position of a table member is inalienable. According to Organic electoral lawCandidates and representatives of political organizations, as well as officials and employees of electoral bodies cannot be members of a polling station.
