Former Chairman of the Council of Ministers, Peter Caterianoindicated in a dialogue with RPP Noticias that – from a legal standpoint – Anibal Torres did not technically resign from his position, but rather granted his position.

As a result, former leader Cabinet of Ministers pointed out that the problem is not in the new chairman of the Council of Ministers, but in the president Peter’s castle. He argued that the constant change of ministers indicated not only a serious political crisis, but also a failure to govern.
