Second Supreme Criminal Prosecutor’s Office rescheduled Congressman Freddy Diaz Monago’s summons to testify in a preliminary investigation that was launched after a worker from parliament told him about the alleged rape.
The Supreme Prosecutor’s Office took this measure after the parliamentarian did not appear on the first agenda last Saturday, July 30, to defend the facts imputed to him in this case.
