Anti-Corruption Prosecutor Javier Pacheco said his office opened a criminal investigation into incompatible negotiations against the outgoing Vice Minister for the Environment, Karina Pinascoafter the reportage of the Sunday program end pointwhich says that she would agree to the concession Upper Huayabambawho governs NGO AMPAregister as OMEC (Other conservation measures on a territorial basis) to obtain international funding for their activities.
