The executive branch, through the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights (Minjusdh), approved the second list of beneficiaries of the financial support provided for by the Emergency Ordinance No. 006-2023, aimed at the relatives of the dead and seriously injured, civilians and the police. , during mobilizations conducted from December 8, 2022 to February 10, 2023
In accordance with the provisions of Ministerial Decree No. 0112-2023-JUS published this Friday in the Official Gazette Peruvian, the second list consists of seven relatives of four dead and 27 seriously injured, civilians and police officers.
It is also stipulated that the corresponding payment will be made to the accounts opened for this purpose with the Banco de la Nación in favor of each of the persons indicated in the annex to the Ministerial Decree.
In addition, it was envisaged that the application referred to in article 1 would be published at the digital headquarters Ministry of Justice and Human Rights (www.gob.pe/minjus).
The operative part of the resolution states that the financial support for the second list of beneficiaries is a maximum amount of SGD 875 thousand plus applicable bank charges.
Urgent Decree No. 006-2023
It should be noted that Emergency Decree No. 006-2023 stipulates that a lump sum of S$50,000 in economic support be delivered to each deceased; and SGD 25,000 for each person seriously injured during the above mobilizations.
In addition, the rule clarifies that the beneficiaries of financial support are persons determined by the Multi-Sectoral Commission, created by Supreme Decree No. 264-2022-YUS, amended by Supreme Decree No. 027-2023-YUS.
Already February 23 Minhus approved the first list of recipients of financial assistance, which included 91 relatives of 52 deceased; Therefore, it was decided to make a payment in favor of each of the identified persons for a maximum amount of SGD 2,600,000.
