INPE launches investigation

Upon learning of the Spanish media interview, INPE initiated a new administrative disciplinary process against former President Pedro Castillo. This is the second procedure brought against him since he was imprisoned in Barbadillo.

Litigation against Castillo continues

Permanent Commission of Congress on Tuesday will evaluate the final report of the Subcommittee on Constitutional Accusations, which recommends indicting former President Pedro Castillo for alleged crimes of criminal organization, influence peddling and conspiracy.
