The measure applies to the accused Alfonso Grados Carraro, Carlos Portocarrero Mendoza, José Laban Ghiorso and Carlos Priale Marquina.
They are all under investigation for money laundering and other crimes as part of an investigation into alleged irregularities in contributions to the 2016 presidential campaign of the political party Peruanos por el Kambio.
