- 110 g of corn for popcorn

- 105 g crystal sugar
- 15 g brown sugar
- 1 tea cup of water
Preparation mode
In a pan, put the oil, corn, sugars and water. Take to medium fire and mix non stop. As soon as the corn starts popping, lower the heat and cover the pan (remember to shake it a few times so the corn keeps popping). When finished popping, open the pan and stir slowly with a spoon. Transfer to a container, wait to cool down and serve.
gourmet herbal popcorn
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon chopped rosemary
- chopped basil leaves, salt and black pepper ground to taste
- 100g grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1 cup corn popcorn
Preparation mode
In a pan, put the butter and lead to low fire to melt. Add thyme, rosemary and basil. season with salt and black pepper and mix and set aside. In another pan, heat the oil over high heat and add the corn. Cover the pan and, when it starts to pop, lower the heat to a minimum (remember to shake it a few times so the corn keeps popping). When finished popping, put the popcorn in a container and water with the butter. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of corn for popcorn
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- Bacon cut into cubes and salt to taste
Preparation mode
In a pan, put the butter and take to fire down to melt. Add the bacon and fry until golden. Add the corn, mix and cover the pan. Remember to shake it a few times so the corn keeps popping. When finished popping, put the popcorn in a container, season with salt and serve.
