The brand has vowed to take legal action against those who organized the photo shoot for the spring 2023 campaign.

Spanish fashion house Balenciaga has apologized for footage from a new ad campaign featuring children holding teddy bears in plaits and mesh tops. The brand’s creative director Demna Gvasalia published a post on Instagram.

Thus, netizens accused the popular brand of sexually exploiting children, as well as justifying child porn.

After a barrage of criticism, Balenciaga quickly apologized and admitted that the use of the brand’s provocative teddy bear bags in the children’s campaign was inappropriate.

“We sincerely apologize for any offense our holiday campaign may have caused. Our teddy bear bags should not be featured in this campaign with children. We have immediately removed the campaign from all platforms, ” the post stated.

It will be recalled that Balenciaga has been the object of criticism from parents after footage of a new advertising campaign appeared on the Web.
