Symbolically, the soundtrack to the video is a hit by Nikolai Mozgovoy with the words of Yuri Rybchinsky Minay day, minah night.
The Ukrainian actor, known to viewers from the show League of Laughter, made a sketch about Ukrainians during a power outage. He posted the video on Instagram.
The comedian, in a satirical way, drew attention to the injustice of rolling blackouts, when one house has lights and the other doesn’t.
In the footage, the star of the video sits in the dark with a candle and looks enviously at the windows of a nearby house, where the light is on.
“My God, if you can hear me, don’t ask us to turn on the light, I’m asking them to turn it off,” the hero said at the end of the video.
