It is a happy and at the same time sad holiday. Because Estonians remember and do not forget the terrible Soviet repressions. Therefore, this day is for them, full of tears of happiness and sadness. At the meeting, the mayor of Tallinn told me that when everyone found out about the whole Russian invasion of Ukraine, the Estonian wound reopened and began to bleed” he wrote.
