The TV star urged not to forget about the war and reminded that Russia’s war against Ukraine now affects the daily life of Ukrainian children and their parents.
Ukrainian TV presenter Katya Osadchaya spoke with parents from all over the world and spoke about the harsh reality of Ukrainian children attending school in war conditions. He posted on Instagram.
The TV presenter published police recommendations for parents on what to bring a child to school in a war. Specifically, food, medicine, a power bank and a note with the parents’ names, phone numbers and addresses.
“Now I want to hear from parents in different parts of the world. Your children may have started school at the end of August, or they will go next week, and just think of a second that you collect your child for school and don’t put a sandwich for lunch , and food for three days, because the bomb shelter, where it can dump the children, can be dismantled for that long, and a flashlight, medicine, change of clothes, power bank and put notes everywhere with parents’ contacts. No, it’s not a camp for a week, it’s a collection in a regular Ukrainian school in September 2022,” said Osadchaya.
The presenter urged parents from other countries to remember Ukrainian mothers when they collect their children for school on a peaceful day of their lives.
“Every day, when you collect your children for school, remember the Ukrainian mother, who is now packing warm clothes for her child and does not know where exactly the lessons will take place – in a room -school or a bomb shelter, and the worst thing. is that he does not know how this day will go. and if there will be any. Just for a moment think about the fear of every Ukrainian mother. Do not forget about us , don’t forget about the war,” added Osadchaya.
