Volodymyr Zelensky’s wife came to Bucha to start a big project that will provide students with healthy food.
The First Lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska visited Bucha, where she took part in the presentation of the project of a new business – a kitchen factory. He announced this on his Instagram page.
“It’s hard to express all the emotions you experience here. As for every Ukrainian, for me it is a place of inexplicable pain for my compatriots tortured by Russia. But at the same time, Bucha is alive ! And it must recover and live, become not only a place of memory of crimes in Russia , but also a place for a new full life. Therefore, here we are starting to build a new business – a kitchen factory ,” Volodymyr Zelensky’s wife wrote. .
It was noted that this project was planned for implementation even before the beginning of a full-scale invasion of Russia. It is planned to build a number of large enterprises that will provide food for dozens of educational institutions.
“The reform was interrupted by a Russian attack. In the first months of a full Russian invasion, as we all remember, it was no longer about the principles of nutrition, but about the fact that children and adults have something to eat in the general … But now we are starting at the entrance. This is what the Aggressor really does not want our children to study and have a normal life. But they will definitely have knowledge. And they will have of the best healthy food, as we planned before the Russian attack,” added Olena Zelenska.
So, thanks to the country’s first factory-kitchen, students of the affected Buchanskaya and neighboring communities of Borodyanka and Nemeshaev will receive food. In total, the kitchen can cook up to ten thousand servings a day.
The patron of the project is Howard Buffett.
“He personally told me that he wants to participate in the restoration of Ukraine. I call on other potential benefactors to do the same: the continuation has already begun, join!”, urged the First Lady of Ukraine.
It was previously reported that Elena Zelenskaya told the story of nine-year-old Ukrainian Sasha Filipchuk, who lost an arm and barely survived Bucha.
