The frontman of a friend’s group Rika Valery Kharchishin shared his personal details about the service of his eldest son Dmitry, who, from the beginning of an entire war war, has joined the armed forces of Ukraine.
27-year-old Dmitry, who had no military experience and graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy, decided to become a sapper and served north. Today he is teaching new specialists in official courses.
“He never dreamed of becoming a military man, graduating from the Faculty of Philosophy, neglected weapons, because he believed it was a huge human crazy to have weapons to destroy another. But he went to fight one way or another. He was a sapper, he was teaching north. Now he has taught sapers to the officials,” Valery Kharchishinin said Apostrof.
The musician also admitted that the war brought a huge losses to his life. According to him, the son went to the front with a friend who died in the battle. In addition, Valery’s brother, who is not serving today, was seriously injured.
“My son went to fight with his friend, who was dying. It was very painful. My brother, who was transferred, was no longer fighting because he was seriously injured. Lots of losses with friends, neighbors, classmates,” Kharchishin added.
Earlier it was reported that the 25-year-old son of musician Valery Kharchishin was replenished with the rank of armed forces.
