According to France 24, the artist admitted that he allowed himself to be a gross vocabulary and handled one of the women who filed a complaint about it, but the category was denied violence.
“They always told me I had a” Russian nature. “I don’t know if this is due to alcohol or vulgar abuses,” the department told the court.
One of the Witnesses described his behavior on the set as aggressive and embarrassing to women. He noted that the actor continued to comment on the appearance of his colleagues, allowed his own sexist statements and could hold the staff without permission.
Another woman confirmed such actions, emphasizing that Depardieu was satisfied with the fear of others: “In court, she is acting quietly, but at the site she is different – rude, poor, unstoppable.”
Depardieu claims that he has no malice and holds the woman on the hips only to “not slip.”
If the court finds the actor who is guilty, he faces up to five years in prison and a fine of 75,000 euros.
