On his new Instagram page, the artist talked about the idea of ​​his reincarnation and how he plans to change the idea of ​​Eastern European culture.

“It’s me, Slavic Balagan, your favorite older brother from Eastern Europe! I’m here to make you laugh and forget all the trivial Western formalities that get in the way of true happiness!” – Potap mentioned.

In his speech, he emphasized that his new image conveys the spirit of his roots – a place where there are no suits, policies, politics and salaries, but there is happiness and freedom. Potap promises to bring joy to the people by helping them get rid of Western “formalities.”
