After the end of year festivities, it’s normal for us to eat foods that aren’t good for us, so we’ve put together a list that can help your body.
Overeating, rushing around during the end-of-year festivities and excess alcoholic beverages, as well as heat, quickly impact the metabolism and result in bloating, indisposition, poor digestion, weight gain, among other discomforts that end up compromising celebrations, travel and outings.
The Dr. Elaine Dias JK, metabologist and PhD in endocrinology from USP, lists some anti-inflammatory and detoxifying foods to incorporate into the menu. “They also eliminate fat, provide well-being and vitality”, explains the specialist. It highlights the importance of each one and their respective function in the body.
