Singer is in a relationship with British actor Callum Turner, surprising fans by revealing wedding ring in photo
Singer Dua Lipa is engaged to the actor Callum Turner, as one of the main British tabloids finds; the 29-year-old Albanian artist was reportedly proposed to by the British man five years older. The couple has been together for just over a year and the proposal reportedly took place during Christmas Eve.
However, anyone who believes that the request will result in more planning is mistaken; according to friends of the couple consulted by The Sun, the ceremony will be hastily arranged in London, on New Year’s Eve. The event will not be attended by media outlets, being considered “top secret” and only attended by close friends and family.
“Dua He had one of the best years of his professional career and that’s the icing on the cake. Callum is a solid support for her, and they make a wonderful couple. Your family and friends are very happy. It was an incredible Christmas for them. […] It will be a New Year’s party that no one will ever forget, especially for Callum and Dua”, described sources close to the couple to the vehicle.
More clues
In two publications made by the singer’s official Instagram profile after Christmas, Dua Lipa appears with the wedding ring on the left side of the hand in photo carousels. The comments did not ignore the change of hand, with some of the most liked asking the artist about possible marriage. However, there was no official confirmation on its networks or from its advisors.
According to Quem magazine, the couple was seen publicly for the first time in January this year, when they were photographed together at the premiere party for Apple TV’s miniseries ‘Masters of the Air’, where the actor plays Major John Egan.
