21-year-old entrepreneur from Denmark Victoria Kjaer Theilvig became the most beautiful in the world, ahead of 124 competitors.
The finals of the 73rd international beauty pageant Miss Universe 2024 ended in Mexico.
This year, 125 girls from around the world competed for the title of the most beautiful, but only 30 contestants made it to the final round.
The participants showed elegance in cocktail and evening dresses, swimsuits and national costumes. The winner is the representative of Denmark – 21-year-old entrepreneur and former professional dancer Victoria Kjaer Theilvig. She was crowned Miss Universe 2023 Shannice Palacios from Nicaragua.
Second place went to Chidimma Adetshina from Nigeria, and third place went to Maria Fernanda Beltran from Mexico. The Venezuelan Ileana Marquez entered the top five.
Ukraine was represented in the competition by Alina Ponomarenko from Odessa, but she failed to enter the last thirty.
