Expert gives care tips for pregnant women at this stage

Expert shares hydration tips and effective care treatments for pregnant women over 40, after the presenter announces her pregnancy

The presenter Sabrina Sato43 years old, confirmed this week that she is pregnant and expecting her first child with the actor Nicolas Prattes.

The news was celebrated by her fans, but it also raised questions about the care necessary for pregnant women in their 40s, especially with regard to preventing stretch marks, a common concern during pregnancy.

Stretch marks appear due to the rupture of collagen and elastin fibers in the skin, resulting in visible lines, predominantly on the abdomen, hips and breasts. This condition is common during pregnancy, as the body expands quickly to accommodate the baby, which can compromise the skin’s elasticity.
