Gaby Rodin is ambassador for Miss Brazil Gay 2024

Gaby Rodin, known for being the first drag queen stage assistant on Brazilian television, on the program “Tudo Pela Audiência” on Multishow, was announced as one of the ambassadors of Miss Brasil Gay 2024. The event, which is the largest of the LGBT+ genre in Brazil, will be held on August 17 at Ginásio Municipal Antônio Marcos, in Juiz de Fora, Minas Gerais.

Gaby expressed her joy and honor at being chosen to represent the pageant. “I am very happy and flattered. Participating in any project aimed at the LGBTQIA+ community is an honor, as we need to support the causes of our community. Being one of the ambassadors of this great event is wonderful and magical. We can say that Miss Brazil Gay is one of the most anticipated events in recent times. The only thing that defines it is pride,” she said.

With a career marked by significant achievements and commitment to LGBTQIA+ causes, Gaby Rodin’s presence at the event brings even more visibility and representation. Miss Brazil Gay 2024 not only highlights the talent and authenticity of the participants, but also promotes acceptance and respect among all orientations and gender identities. “As an ambassador, I will help promote the contest and support the candidates, helping them feel confident and valued,” highlighted Gaby.

Gaby Rodin made history alongside Tatá Werneck and Fábio Porchat during the three seasons of the now-defunct program “Tudo Pela Audiência”, broadcast on the Multishow channel. Currently, in addition to being a businesswoman and owner of the “Spa da Beleza” in Saquarema, in the Lagos Region, Rio de Janeiro, Gaby is preparing to return to the stage after a period of hiatus.

She revealed that she is in full preparation for an international tour, scheduled to begin in early 2025, which will visit countries such as Portugal, Italy and France. “Being away from the drag scene was my choice. I needed this time for myself. Today I feel complete, mature and with the right ideals. I want to do something new and different, bringing a bit of our culture, which is so rich. I am preparing themed shows with a lot of Brazilianness, happy dances and, of course, samba. It is still a secret, but it will be unforgettable”, concluded Gaby Rodin, a rising queer icon.
