Free exhibition at the Newton Gomes de Sá Cultural Center explores empowerment and ancestry until September 2
With around 20 to 30 works, Dinas Miguel proposes a reflection on the ancestry of the Brazilian people, using a vibrant color palette and diverse techniques. The works invite the public to explore concepts such as acceptance, love and equity, transforming art into a tool for education and social articulation.
In addition to the exhibitions, the program includes special activities, such as an experience with people with disabilities at APAE on August 19, with graffiti workshops. On the same day, from 7 pm to 9 pm, there will be an experience for educators, including a discussion circle and a graffiti workshop on bookmarks.
Dinas Miguel, a graduate in Visual Arts and a postgraduate in Environmental Education, is an award-winning art educator who seeks to connect people and transform spaces through his creations. Recognized by the Sabotage Hip-Hop Award as the best graffiti artist of 2018, he continues to impact society with his art.
