The project presents deep conflicts of control and emotional dependence. Noah is a model from São Paulo who travels to Rio de Janeiro for work and meets Gael, the owner of a house that is used as a location for a lively pool party. They meet and the attraction between the two is immediate. Gael invites Noah to live with him, promising new opportunities in Rio. As the relationship develops, control and emotional dependence begin to emerge, and complex layers of the characters and their pasts begin to be revealed.
The plot, conceived by Rodrigo Tardelli and created in collaboration with screenwriter Leonardo Torres, has been winning over audiences on the internet. The story presents a theme that goes beyond clichés and goes beyond mere entertainment, becoming a tool to generate discussions and perhaps even self-reflection.
“We wanted to bring a new story, maintaining our responsibility with the representation of the LGBT community and gay protagonism, but also seeking to deliver a different message, many times focusing too much on the carnal or on a simple romance, and I wanted to get away from that”, says Tardelli.
The public reception has been positive and the audience is growing, with the number of views and comments continuing to rise. In the first episode, they already celebrated more than 100 thousand views.
“We are very happy and surprised with the feedback, people are really enjoying it. It is a very special project for me and I believe for the whole team, so seeing this result, this achievement in such a short time, is really very gratifying. I am thrilled and I hope people continue to enjoy, be surprised and enchanted by this story”, concludes Rodrigo.
