HRC Equidade BR lists the best companies for LGBTQIA+ professionals to work for in 2024
Companies that achieved the maximum score of 79 points received a certification seal, useful in recruitment, marketing and communication efforts. Inspired by the US Corporate Equality Index (CEI), the HRC Equidade BR survey examines five pillars:
Adoption of non-discrimination policies.
Creation of respectful spaces.
Creating employee resource groups or diversity and inclusion councils.
Providing training and education on the topic for all hierarchical levels.
Participation in public activities to support the inclusion of the LGBTQIA+ community.
