In particular, in early June, the head of the occupation parliament of Crimea, Vladimir Konstantinov, announced the so-called “nationalization” of the property of many Ukrainians on the peninsula who condemned the bloody policies of the Kremlin. Among them is the artist.
“Recently, the news came out that the authorities there are taking my parents’ house in Crimea without any reason. This is scary and painful news for our whole family. first they occupy the territory, and then they take away the all there. It’s repression, it’s deportation in modern times.
Jamala also said that she has no legal connection to this house, adding that it was built with hard work.
“This is the property of my parents, they were built for more than 20 years, each brick was earned with money earned with blood and sweat And what does my parents have to do it, they put me on the international wanted list. I will not remain silent, that is certain that if I remain silent, the Russians will go to the other Crimean Tatars, to all the Ukrainians in the occupied territories, to continue being arbitrary,” the artist concluded.
Earlier it was reported that the Ukrainian singer Jamala became a mother for the third time.
