Puerto Rican rapper Don Omar, who has appeared in five films Fast and Furious, announced that he had been diagnosed with cancer. He announced this on his Instagram page.
The actor posted a photo showing his hand with a red ribbon. Right now, he is receiving treatment and believes he will overcome the disease.
“Today it is, but tomorrow I will be cancer free. Well wishes are well received. See you soon,” he wrote.
It is worth recalling that Don Omar became famous after the release of his first studio album, The Last Don, released in 2003. Over the years, he received a Latin Grammy Award and a Billboard Music Award. He played in five parts of the film Fast and Furious. One of the rapper’s most popular tracks, Danza Kuduro, became the official soundtrack to Fast and the Furious 5.
