This is not the first time Madonna has been sued. He faces two class-action lawsuits over his lateness to concerts.
A Madonna fan sued her for having too many explicit scenes at a show on her Celebration tour. TMZ reported it.
Justen Lipeles filed a class-action lawsuit claiming that he and many other people who attended his concerts did not get what they expected. The guy has a whole bunch of complaints, starting with the fact that he was late for concerts for more than an hour and a half, and ending with the fact that during some of his performances the star sang in a soundtrack.
The man also complained that the air conditioner was not on and that he and the other viewers were sick because of the blockage. According to him, Madonna did not listen to complaints about the heat, but simply told people to take off their clothes.
In addition, Justen claims in her lawsuit that she and other viewers were influenced by “pornography without warning.” Specifically, he said he was “forced to watch topless women on stage miming sex,” which made him feel like he was watching porn during the show.
It was previously reported that fans of the famous American singer Madonna accused him of lying and sued him.
