Pâmela Nara has had a history of struggle and resistance since she was 15 years old in her community
The Ceará city of Sobral could have its first trans councilor from 2025 with the recently launched pre-candidacy of Pâmela Nara, a physical educator with a Postgraduate degree in School Management and in Diversity, Gender and Inclusion. PresidentTRA of the Trans and Transvestite Movement of Sobral, Manager of Youth Projects at the Secretariat of Youth, Sports and Leisure, and also a Digital Influencer.
Pâmela has had a history of struggle and resistance since she was 15 years old in her Padre Palhano/Sumaré community, through the Street Dance group, developing through the art of urban dance to empower young people and teenagers in her community.
Pâmela spent 10 years in the Sobral education network as a teacher, and believes in the power of public policies in the lives of many young people. She is a daughter of public policy, always active in her community with cultural events and strengthening local entrepreneurs, as she believes in encouraging this public to generate local income within the community.
