“Diffusion Production Laboratory” will serve groups of peripheral communities in six municipalities in São Paulo
Producer Gisele Tressi carries out the Broadcast Production Laboratory in several cities in the State of São Paulo, an initiative to train and promote the inclusion of artists and independent cultural producers. Made in partnership with the State Secretariat for Culture, Economy and Creative Industry, it has the support of the Federal Government, the Ministry of Culture and the Paulo Gustavo Law.
The course serves those who are taking the first steps in their careers to more experienced professionals looking for improvement. With a 12-hour workload and free of charge, the Laboratory is carried out in person in six municipalities in the state of São Paulo, in partnership with independent and public cultural spaces. The initiative passes through Campinas, Praia Grande, São José dos Campos, São Paulo, Botucatu and Ribeirão Preto.
All classes have Libras interpreters, in addition to dynamic language to serve the neurodivergent public, as well as video recording of activities.
classes, which will be available with subtitles and translation into Libras. Six other groups outside the capital of São Paulo will be selected to receive this digital content, along with online consultancy.
Gisele highlights the importance of the Laboratory as a tool to promote
social inclusion and reduce the socioeconomic gap that often prevents
access to professionalization in the cultural area. By offering the shares for free, it
emphasizes that culture is a common good that must be available to everyone,
strengthening the presence of peripheral communities, black and indigenous people,
women and/or trans.
Local partners play a fundamental role in carrying out the project,
meeting the needs of each region, with emphasis on institutions and groups
