Yasmin Brunet questions Leidy Elin about cultural appropriation

At the BBB 24, Yasmin Brunet had a very important conversation with Leidy Elin about cultural appropriation.

It all started when the businesswoman asked the braider to braid her hair.

Honestly, Yasmin confessed to being worried about people claiming cultural appropriation in her attitude.

“Shall we braid?” she asked. Leidy said they would do it the next day: “Let’s do it tomorrow.”

Yasmin asked: “Won’t it be bad for me?”

“Why are they going to talk? Because you’re blonde and have braids?” asked the sister.

Yasmin confirmed. “Oh, guys, for God’s sake!”Leidy exclaimed.

“It’s because, generally, they cancel whoever does it.”, said Yasmin.

Leidy explained the subject.Oh, guys, nonsense. Cultural appropriation is a media thing. It exists, but it is the media that applies it. I think this way. Obviously there’s a story…”, explained.
