Filipe Catto spoke about the show ‘Beauties are things lit from the inside’, in honor of Gal Costa
Filipe Catto bring your show Beauties are things lit inside for the Paulo Autran Theater, at Sesc Pinheiros.
The performance, inspired by the album with the same name, is the result of a series of presentations by the singer in honor of Gal Costa.
The artist opened up about how she feels about paying homage to a great Brazilian music star.
“Gal is the fundamental matrix of Brazilian singers. She gave us everything: rock, samba, bossa nova, rebellion, elegance”, he said.
For the show, Filipe will present the album’s ten tracks, accompanied by musicians Fábio Pinczowski (guitar and musical direction), Gabriel Mayall (low) and Michelle Abu (battery).
The show has a script written by Catto herself in partnership with Ismael Caneppele It is Cris Lisbonand features hits such as “Tigresa”, “Vaca Profana” and “Nada Mais”, as well as “Recanto Escuro” and “Jabitacá”.
