Alexandre Correa requested the arrest of Ana Hickmann due to parental alienation.
This Wednesday, the 3rd, the businessman claimed that the presenter did not hand over the couple’s son to spend vacation with his father, according to information from CNN.
Alexandre would have contacted his lawyers so that Ana could be detained within 24 hours for the crime of parental alienation. According to the information, the businessman had presented a document to the judge of the Family and Succession Court of the Itu court, in São Paulo.
In the document, he alleged that the presenter refused to hand over her son to his paternal grandparents so that he could spend time with his father.
Alexandre claimed that the boy would have to stay with him between December 3rd and 10th, but that did not happen. The presenter would have released her son for a quick meeting later in the afternoon.
The businessman would have even asked for police reinforcement so that the presenter can be arrested.
