A photo of a destroyed high-rise building as a result of the Russian shelling is included in the selection of the best photos for 2023 from Polaroid. This was stated on the company’s Instagram.
The photo was taken by a young artist from Kyiv, Veronica Mol. He is a member of the MYPH group and finds inspiration in film manipulation through techniques such as cutting, burning, painting and even staples.
“This is a house near my home in Kyiv. Now it has been restored, and people live there, but this is the first big destruction I have seen with my eyes,” said Mol.
