Betina Polaroid It’s iconic! Without hiding what she feels, the drag queen confessed that she doubted her potential during her participation in Drag Race.
At 46 years old, the artist was one of the oldest participants in the program’s history and this characteristic meant that she did not trust her potential.
“That crossed my mind at the same time as a fear and as an asset”she said in an interview with iGQueer.
Betina said she doubted her potential. “I didn’t think I had the profile for the program. I never thought I would have the profile to be selected for the program,” she said.
The drag star said that her entry into the reality show was greatly supported by her partner, her family and her friends.
“Especially my husband, Marco”, he said.
The artist completed:“He said that it was obvious that I was going to be selected, that I had the profile, that my story was different, that I had baggage, that I had content to present. So I believed it. When I received the call that I was selected was that scare, right?”.
