British King Charles III, speaking at a state banquet in Kenya as part of his visit to Queen Camilla, in his speech shared memories related to the African country with members of his family. People are reporting it.
In particular, the monarch shared that in this country Prince William proposed to Kate Middleton in 2010.
“It is here, in front of Mount Kenya, that my son, the Prince of Wales, married his wife, now my beloved daughter-in-law,” said King Charles III.

“Everybody knows that you need a certain motivation to act. So I planned it, and then it seemed to me that it was right in Africa. It was wonderful,” the prince told the media shortly after to announce the engagement.
