The star plans to bring Karl Lagerfeld’s beloved cat, Choupette, to the 2023 Met Gala.
American socialite Kim Kardashian has told how she was attacked by the late German-French fashion designer Karl Lagerfeld’s cat. The Daily Mail reported this.
In particular, the businesswoman wants to bring her pet, Choupette, to the Met Gala, where the 2023 theme is the designer, who died in 2019 and left the pet $1.5 million in his will.
Before stepping out with Choupette at the event, Kim decided to meet him on a trip to Paris with her children.
“My kids and I went to Paris to see Paris Saint-Germain play, and while I was there, I had a little meeting with Choupette, Karl Lagerfeld’s cat, because he was going to accompany me to the Met Gala. I decided to spend a little time on his time, get to know him and see if we have contact,” he said.
However, things did not go well. Every time Kim tries to pet the cat, the cat hisses and even attacks her. After the furry prank, the celebrity changed her mind about bringing a pet to the event.
“I think there are a lot of factors that can cause her to have a negative reaction, especially cameras and people. Even though she is afraid of the cameras and not of me, I don’t know if that is fair to Choupette. So I realized very quick on Choupette, we’re not equal. And I’ve decided that I’m not going to the Met Gala with her,” Kardashian concluded.
It was previously reported that Kim Kardashian has commented for the first time on the Hamas attack on Israel.
