Furthermore, Leonardo spoke about the feeling of maturity in being able to bring the topic of sexuality to the public, in addition to talking about the feeling of freedom in expressing his true identity after recognizing himself within the LGBTQIAPN+ community.
“It’s different to play (gay characters) today because before I was very blocked from talking about it naturally and as I achieved this naturalness at home, I was able to express it in another way publicly as well. So today is different, yes, because I feel more mature”said.
About having come out about his sexual orientation, the actor said:“I feel more connected with who I am, we can express this in my identity, being able to experience it in a more peaceful way”.
“I realized that the world had changed, I just needed to change my attitude towards the world, right?
