Recently Gabriela Prioli appeared on her social networks in one click crying and in the caption of the photo she spoke about the importance of public figures showing vulnerability beyond fame.

At the time, the journalist wrote: “The other day, I posted here an account of a not-so-good day and you told me it helped. So, here’s this photo of me at seven in the morning crying in the bathroom of the guest room (so no one could see or hear me), for you start the second remembering that this is always a cut and that everyone has their pain and is doing their thing ‘in spite of'”.

“As on the internet, the caveat is always necessary: ​​Yes, I am absolutely aware of my privileges. And even though I am aware, it still hurts. I share it just to serve as encouragement for some. If this is not your case, just pass by… (And yes, that’s why I post less: too much charge),” finished.

After publication, Gabriela spoke with Who about breaking the barriers of perfection on social media: “I don’t see that there are any demands on being a public figure, because I became a public figure by showing myself very whole. So, what people had of me was always that.”

“If there was any demand in another direction for me to show a false perfection, I, unfortunately, will have to frustrate this expectation because I will never show something that is not true”, he said.

“It’s also natural that, when looking at others who only have good things in this perspective that they present to us, we feel less, inferior, insufficient. So, I think it’s important that we try as much as possible to show our completeness so that we humanize yourself and everyone can have a kinder existence”, he stated.
