Sarah Aline on using social media to talk about mental health: “Very important”

“Linkedin continues to be one of my busiest networks. I really like it there and I have given a lot of talks within companies with my specialty. I’m talking about diversity in companies, but I’m also talking a lot about mental health on my Instagram, bringing a language where people can identify”, he said.

“One of my biggest plans today is to build projects together with brands, but mainly my own initiatives, where I can take this topic in a way in which people receive information, identify themselves and that is more plural. We know that mental health is a very complicated topic and everyone stops talking about it, but it is very important”he completed.

“I find it very easy to talk about various subjects. Mainly because I am a person who really likes reading and studying, so I also really like the world of pop and entertainment and I think this makes my range very plural, I can discuss about various subjects”he spoke.

“I think my ideal model is one in which I can express my opinions, listen to other realities and then I would feel very comfortable”he concluded.
