On Tuesday, October 24, the dancer turned 38 years old. He has been at the front since the beginning of the Russian invasion.
Ukrainian choreographer Dmitry Dikusar, who joined the Ukrainian Armed Forces from the beginning of the full-scale invasion, addressed the Ukrainians on his birthday.
In particular, on his Instagram page, the dancer called on fellow citizens in the background not to lower their eyes when they see a serviceman, but instead say hello or smile, thus showing respect.
“I saw two different worlds. They seem to be close, but there is a “gap” between them. When you see a military, don’t lower your eyes! Say hello or smile. No one needs you to be emotional, just enough the respect and continued support of the people who protect you! Only targeted and smart. That’s when I realized that without the help of ordinary civilians, we would have lost a long time ago. Just don’t get tired and take care of yourself. Without you, then here we go,” the defense wrote.
Also, Dikusar, who is celebrating his second birthday at the front, said that he will not leave the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine until our victory.
“Me personally, I’m happy because I’m surrounded by wonderful people, I have your love and your trust. I feel it all the time. No, I haven’t dealt with the war enough. just come back later of success,” he concluded.
Earlier it was reported that Dmitry Dikusar, who joined the ranks of the Ukrainian Armed Forces at the outbreak of a full-scale war, was hospitalized.
Dikusar appeared on social networks for the first time in a long time, showing photos from the front
