“In my care they realized those days were over. I needed to grow my hair out and get back in shape. I needed to sleep earlier and take all the medications I was told,” the biography said.
Spears also added that during nearly 14 years of being a conservative, she was deeply dissatisfied.
“I would do little creative things here and there, but my heart was not in it anymore. As for my passion for singing and dancing, it was almost a joke at that point. 13 years passed and I felt like a shadow of myself. Now I remember how my father and his entourage controlled my body and my money for so long, and it makes me sick… Think of how many male artists have lost all their money, some of them have drug abuse or mental health problems ” No one tried to take away control of their body and money. I didn’t deserve what my family did to me,” the singer noted.
Additionally, the star said she was “sitting on her hands” while in care as people talked about her and told stories for her.
“After leaving care, I finally told my story without any repercussions from the people in charge of my life.
