Court documents state that both parties are happy for the family to move to England. However, then Turner began filming a new project, and Jonas went to America on tour.

“The children can spend several hours a day with one parent until the mother finishes filming,” the documents explain.

Turner said she reiterated their plan to move the children to England, but her ex-husband took their documents. Also, according to Turner’s lawyers, he refused to return their passports.
