In the plot, Fernando, played by Johnny Massarois a flight attendant who, on a trip to the United States, brought medicine, including the AZT cocktail, for patients in an advanced state of AIDS to the country.

At the time, the medicine capable of mitigating the effects of HIV on the body, but it was not yet authorized in Brazilian territory by Anvisa.

In addition to Johnny Massaro, Icaro Silva also complements the cast, playing Raul, who works at a nightclub that welcomes victims of the disease, in addition to being a friend of Fernando.

The cast has other announced names, such as the actress Bruna Linzmeyer, Igor Fernandez and the actress Carla Ribaswho will play the mother of Johnny Massaro’s character.
